As the Biden-border crisis continues now in year #4, the White House is now saying that Biden is 'examining' a possible border shutdown just in time for the November election.
"They have their White House aides, their campaign aides go to the media and say "we're looking at taking major action now" said Eddie Scarry, columnist with The Federalist, "And time and time again, that is just another tactic to buy time."
Buying time before the election, which is exactly what Biden is trying to do. According to the most recent polls, the border has become the #1 issue for voters, which is a problem, because a wide open border is the #1 agenda item for Democrats.
With that said, don't expect Biden to actually do anything with the border, except blame Republicans.
"Because of a failure of Republicans in Congress to act" Scarry told KTRH, "It's absurd because whatever power that he ultimately will use, which I don't think will be very impressive in the end, he has had all along."
Scarry by the way has a new book out, titled: "Liberal Misery: How the Hateful Left Sucks Joy Out of Everything and Everyone."
