2022 Midterms: A Dem Dilema

Hard to believe it but it's true, we haven't even hit the 7-month mark for the Biden administration. Even more true, no one could have imagined that so much damage could be done in such a short period of time.

We knew it was going to be bad, but not this bad.

Where do you start on the list? Inflation, gas prices, record crime, defunding the police, the border crisis, CRT, mandates, socialism, and the now Afghanistan debacle. It's all unbelievable, and too much.

"You knew that with the Biden administration there was going to be a change" said University of Houston Professor, and tv personality Jacquie Baly told KTRH, "Unfortunately the impact has been felt very swiftly, and very quickly."

So much so that even Democrats are now privately concerned. In fact, their own in-house polling numbers show that the Democrats are in big trouble in next years midterms. "You're seeing violent crime go up, and surges coming across the border" Baly said, "So Democrats are going to have to really look at their messaging. You can't defund the police when you're having the highest crime rates of all time."

It's a good time for Republicans who are counting down to 2022. The Democrats are clearly going to have a tough sell, especially because a lot of what's going on is what they campaigned on. Baly says the GOP just needs to stay focused on the truth, which all Americans, even the anti-Trump group that got duped by Biden, can all see. "If you stick to the facts, that's really what a voter wants to hear" Baly said, "And unfortunately for the Democrats, those facts are on the side of the Republicans."

The countdown is on.
