A new luxury hotel opening soon in the Medical Center is planning a job fair this week.
Blossom Hotel Houston Medical Center will open later this summer, and is hiring to fill staff positions.
They are looking to fill standard hotel positions including front desk and housekeeping, and in the restaurant and bar.
Part-time jobs positions come with a 500-dollar sign-on bonus, and a thousand-dollars for full-time.
The job fair is Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Houston Community College-Central Campus. \
