Country superstar George Strait will return to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in 2022 to help mark the event's 90th anniversary.
The cherished Houston event plans 21 days of rodeo and concerts plus an extra day for the concert-only performance from Strait, March 20 at NRG Stadium.
It will be the 69-year-old legend's 31st RodeoHouston performance.
Although rodeo competition will have concluded the day prior to Strait's show, all shopping, the carnival and other attractions will be open.
Tickets for Strait's concert go on sale Thurs., June 24, with a limit of four tickets per person. The remaining 2022 RodeoHouston entertainment lineup will be announced at a later date.
