By August you may want to get away.
By then you may have only distant memories of cruise ships docked for weeks with passengers waiting it out in their cabins.
When August arrives, at least two cruise lines --Carnival Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International-- will resume cruises out of Galveston with new safety protocols in place meant to keep passengers and crew members safe from the virus.
There is a wide variety of destinations and lengths of the cruises. It could be quite a surprising adventure!
