The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has a Credit Law Delinquent List. 85 Houston-area businesses made that list. These places of business can not receive more liquor until they pay what they owe. They can still sell and serve what they have on hand, until it all runs out. Some on the list are permanently closed---but they still remain delinquent if their payment is not received on time. You will be familiar with some of the names including the California Pizza Kitchen and Moody Gardens Hotel and Golf Course.
