Major Disaster Declaration Approved for the State of Texas 

Status Update from the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management

On October 4, 2019, the President approved a Major Disaster Declaration for the State of Texas (FEMA-4466-DR-TX) as a result of Severe Storms and Flooding from Tropical Storm Imelda that occurred on September 17-23, 2019.  

INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE: Chambers, Harris, Jefferson, Liberty, Montgomery, and Orange Counties. FEMA is now here to help our citizens through its Individual Assistance program.
