An argument leads a woman shot in Kingwood.
Police say it was Sunday night around 11 p.m. when a couple started arguing at an apartment complex on Forest Center Drive.
The man opened fire on his girlfriend, shooting her two or three times, then turning himself in.
He turned himself in to the Humble Police Department. They called Houston police who also arrived at the scene.
Officials say he admitted to shooting his girlfriend. She is expected to survive.
The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office will decide on possible charges.
Neither of their names have been released.
