A driver who lost a tire on the North Freeway may have caused a 17 car pile-up overnight.
It was near Memorial Drive where around 10-17 vehicles were involved in the accident.
No one injuries were reported but most of the vehicles sustained some type of damage ranging from flat tires to totaling out.
When a Jeep lost the right tire in the middle of the road, and unsuspecting driver ran into it and that started the chain reaction involving other vehicles one after the other.
After about 3 minutes, a multitude of vehicles were forced onto the side of the road.
The scene has cleared and the roadway is back to normal.
