(Sugar Land, TX) -- Sugar Land city officials are warning residents to keep an eye on the pets, since a bobcat has been spotted in the Greatwood neighborhood.
The city says the bobcat and coyote breeding season starts about now and can last until the end of March. So far there are no reports of pets being attacked in the area, but cats and small dogs should be kept indoors.
