CHARGED WITH MURDER: Woman Killed When 14-Year-Old Driver Runs Red Light

(Houston, TX)  -- A 14-year-old driver is charged with murder and police are investigating a deadly crash that happened Tuesday afternoon in north Harris County.  

Three teens in an SUV were running from another driver after reportedly throwing eggs at him.  Police say the 14-year-old driver ran a red light on Aldine Westfield at Aldine Mail Route.  

The SUV ran into a truck driven by a 30-year-old woman, and she died at the scene.  The teens told police the other driver had pulled a gun on them.  The teen driver and one of his passengers are in the hospital.
