(London) -- A number of people are injured after a car drove into a group of cyclists outside Parliament in London this morning.
An eyewitness told the BBC a small hatchback appeared to deliberately drive into the cyclists then into a barrier outside the Palace of Westminster, where the two Houses of Parliament meet.
Images on social media show police leading a man in handcuffs away from the car and paramedics treating injured people at the scene.
