Metro Transit Authority has opened the Hwy 290 HOV lane to single passenger vehicles starting today!  That is good news considering how slow it is EVERY morning coming in from Fairfield.  And along with all the construction for years to come, this option will be worth it from time to time.  But all is not gold when it comes to saving time though.  You can't always use the HOV lane.  There are times when you won't be allowed to use it (see link) and the cost to use it can run up to $5.00 per use!  Either way, it'll be up to you to decide when to use it or not.  Darby

Sure, Its a tad less cooler than an actual Harley and it makes moped drivers seem hip, but its sure to be a hit within the crowded streets of Bejing.
