Wednesday afternoon HWY 287 was re-opened after a fiery accident happened.The crash happened before 7am when the truck driver lost control and hit the guardrail. The 18-wheeler caught fire. That spread from the cab of the truck to the trailer where the truck was hauling hundreds of PUMPKINS !! TXDOT crews & Firefighters were out cleaning up the mess. It took several hours to get on the pumpkin guts up off the roadway.  I bet it smelled pretty good. :)
