This video is amazing and shows what a hero our law enforcement officers can be in just a split second!!

A woman in Lubbock, Texas owes her LIFE to a police officer named Philip Standefer.  Back in the middle of September, he's the officer who showed up after she got into a fender bender.  And while they were standing next to her car, a drunk driver slammed into his police cruiser.

This was all caught on the dash cam.  Standefer pushed the woman out of the way right before it happened.  She only ended up with cuts and bruises.  Standefer WAS hurt seriously, but he was only in the hospital overnight.

(The drunk driver was arrested for DWI and two other charges.)
