Wednesday police arrested a man in Kemah for riding across a bridge on a unicycle NAKED...Could you imagine being in traffic and seeing this dude fly by you?

Kemah police Chief Greg Rikard said the "cyclists" was falling off the unicycle into traffic. 45-year-old Joseph Glynn Farley was not intoxicated or impaired. He told police he just felt like riding without his clothes...which were found at the base of the brigde. He was taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure. His bond was set a $1,500. I've told you once and I'll tell you again...
