I think this guy may need a trip to a mental hospital for a bit of a visit, even though yes the high prices can drive you crazy...it doesn't usually mean as crazy as THIS!
We know how played-out it is to complain about gas prices,. at this point it's like complaining about dealing with the TSA, or Facebook redesigns . . . but we can still get a good laugh out of this guy.
A few weeks ago in Brockton, Massachusetts, a guy called 911 to report CRIMINALLY HIGH GAS PRICES.
According to the cops, the man was at a gas station and called 911 to tell them he, quote, "couldn't believe super [unleaded] was $4.13-a-gallon and he only got six gallons for $25."
He told 911 he wanted his money back, because six gallons just is NOT $25 worth of gas.
The cops ended up coming, and the man stuck to his story. He even showed them his receipt to prove he'd been totally ripped off only getting six gallons for his money.
The police told him that, SADLY, these gas prices aren't illegal . . . but they were nice enough not to arrest him for abusing 911.
