"You know in some respects it's really not a bad deal sometimes."
Tritico says it also serves as a deterrent.
"I think it clearly sends a message to other people who might wanna be as stupid as this person was."
Tritico says making such offenders wear signs certainly seems more beneficial than having them sit in jail for a weekend.
