1)  Texans rookie camp report:  Texans say DeAndre Hopkins and DJ Swearinger were impressive.  Collin Klein isn't a quarterback.  (Btw...this report was written even before camp started on Friday.  What would you think the Texans say?  "Our early draft picks were terrible...we made a tremendous mistake."  Frankly what's more important:  Is there any tension with the new 2013 Texans cheerleaders?

2)  See they used to be friends..

3)  Look what portrait Titus Young sent to his Mother yesterday.  Got arrested for the 3rd time in a week.

4)  Looks like the Astros are going to lose this again to the Rangers..

5)  The Spurs occasionally annoy me.  Since I am married to a big Spurs fan, I have to be careful.  On this occasion, Spurs fan...you got screwed..

With that being said...I think she can replace any pitcher she wants to at any time..

With the impending announcement of Houston receiving another Super Bowl bid, I think Sportstalk 790 needs to get ahead of the curve and start planning their Super Bowl Party.  I think it could be an epic extravaganza:

Uncle Greg is macking on a group of little league while Ross and Michael Connor feverishly take notes.  Matt and Adam are chugging Bud Light and cracking jokes as they people watch.  While they are doing this, Adam Clanton, in his famous west coast sports talk host voice, says "Look here clones, have a drink, don't suck...personal appearance smack does not constitute as Sportstalk 790 party fodder."

Charlie is nowhere to be found as he is locked in a room watching an epic Syracuse/Boston College basketball game.  Matt Thomas is singing "Let it Be" on karaoke, but putting his own spin on it:  "When I find myself in times of trouble, Father Matty comes to me, tweeting words of wisdom, follow @sportsMT."

And finally, when the bartenders announce last call, Lance Zierlien shouts in exuberance....."Five minutes left to go in the party...WHAT ARE WE GONNA DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
