The following is a re-blog as a public service to all of you that care about college basketball for 1 month a year.

Memorize this list and follow all these guidelines...this will make you tolerable around your pals this week.

1)  YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO FILL OUT ONE BRACKET.
(I hate the guy that's running around with 3 or 4 brackets thinking it's a genius move)

2)  DON'T ACT YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THESE TEAMS.
(This is the country's worst college basketball city...no one is an expert and that's includes you and me.  Heck..you haven't even seen 60 of these teams play a game)

3)  DON'T ASK ANYONE..."HOW'S YOUR BRACKET?"
(You really don't care and they don't care about yours either.)

4)  DON'T RUN AROUND THE BAR AND/OR OFFICE AND SAY..."I HAD THAT ONE"
(See the ( ) on number 2 and 3 for foundation on this one)

5)  DON'T SAY I CAN'T FIND THESE GAMES ON TV.  
(Yes TRU TV isn't very popular but you're a big boy and your DVR has a channel guide.  Be informed and start studying your channel locations now)

Now that you have the rules in place...congrats to the 4 number 1 seeds.. and be sure to make your picks on the ONLY bracket contest that matters HERE.
