Man Charged With Murdering Brother.
Police have arrested and charged 27 year old Kyle Wischnewsky with the murder of his 41 year old brother Clifford.
According to deputies, Kyle lured his brother to Bryan to buy two ATVs, shot him in the head twice, and stole $14,000. Clifford's body was found just after 9am Friday morning east of Bryan, about half a mile from the Sand Creek intersection.
His brother Kyle was found hiding in New Mexico. He had an unrelated outstanding warrant for credit card fraud. His bond has been set for 1 million dollars.
An investigation is underway to determine if he had an accomplice.
