TX-DOT recently initiated their "Person Appointed to Stay Sober" (PASS) campaign for the summer. However, it seems not everyone's getting the message.
A 16-year old accused of driving while intoxicated is in big trouble after causing multiple disturbances overnight.
Police say she drove her pick-up into the bathroom of a house on SandyDale at Blue Haven in west Houston. A woman was in the bathroom at the time of the crash, and suffered two broken legs as a result.
That didn't stop the teen driver who then backed up in attempt to flee the scene. Reversing, she crashed into a van.
When she tried to leave once again, she ran into a fence. After trying to leave a that time, she drove into another house. No one was injured inside that home.
Police arrived and arrested the driver on suspicion of drunk driving.
