Notorious website says Texas has two out of three most cheaters
Houston ranks at the top of so many lists: Fastest GDP growth among large MA’s; America’s coolest cities to live in; top destination city…. but #3 in infidelity?
AshleyMadison.com, a website that facilitates extramarital affairs for its members, has come out with this year’s list of the top 10 least-faithful cities. Austin was #2 with Houston right behind at #3. But worst city of all?
It’s been said 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. is the most crooked street in America. Not surprisingly, it’s located in the #1 least faithful city.
Relationship psychotherapist Mary Jo Rapini told KTRH she thinks Houston’s position on the list is due to the many wealthy, transient travelers who visit town and want a quick, non-committal fling with no strings attached. Rapini also points out that woman cheat as often as men.
AshleyMadison.com arrives at their rankings based on per capita population relative to number of members from each city. Interestingly, only one of the cities in the top 10 is west of the Rockies. And it’s not even Hollywood!

Take the list with a grain of salt. Neither Austin nor Houston made Ashley Madison’s Top 10 list last year, but in 2012 San Antonio was #2 and Dallas was #9.
