Taken by mom's boyfriend in stolen vehicle
Houston Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a 4-month-old, black, female baby named Stephanie Lavette Phillips. Police say Phillips has been abducted by her mother's boyfriend.
He left the area in a stolen white, 1999 Ford Expedition. The man's name is Byron Gee, a Black Male who is 26 years old and 5'08". Gee was last seen wearing black pants, black shirt, and no shoes.
Police say Gee is not the baby's biological father. The abducted child is in a white t-shirt and diaper only.
