Security experts say if terrorists reach the airport it's too late

The TSA will allow us to bring pocket knives, golf clubs and hockey sticks on planes for the first time since 2001. However, some experts say it's all security theater.

Terrorism expert Professor Jeff Addicott, who says TSA stands for "thousands standing around," points out you could already bring scissors on board.

"You can kill someone with a scissor just as well as you can kill them with a pocket knife by stabbing them in the throat."

Professor Addicott says this change makes no difference.

"I think because we now have a locking door, so you cannot get to the pilot, that's the key element that was missing prior to 9/11."

Professor Addicott says you have to stop terrorists before they reach the airport; otherwise it's too late.
