Austin group fighting on her behalf.
A Houston girl, 16 and two-months pregnant, is suing her parents claiming they're forcing her to have an abortion.
Stephen Casey is with the Center for Defense of Life which is representing the girl free of charge. He says this is a typical response from parents who ignore their daughter's wishes.
"This is going to mess your life up, this is my decision as a parent so that's the end of it," Casey tells KTRH News. "While I personally disagree with the Roe v. Wade decision, I still support the women's right to choose life."
Casey says this happens more often than is reported.
"These girls are at a pressure point in life where the people who are supposed to be walking them through a crisis are creating an additional crisis by killing a baby and letting them be emotionally scarred for life dealing with it," he says.
The lawsuit also claims harassment saying the parents have taken away the girl's cell phone and car.
The parents deny the allegations.
