Garcia, a waiter at Laurenzo's, made international headlines three weeks ago when he refused service to a customer that made rude comments about a special needs child named Milo.
The latest act of kindness came in the form of a $1145 donation to Milo's school, the Rise School of Houston. The money first came to Garcia, but he turned it over to the school because "it was the right thing to do."
The mild-mannered server has also been flooded with cards, gifts and tips after the story went viral. Lucas Films, the creator of Star Wars, even sent him gifts for him and Milo that Laurenzo's posted to their Facebook page.
