CareerBuilder.com did a survey about job perks and the most popular perk is half-days on Fridays. Michael Erwin with CareerBuilder says people are looking for more flexibility. Companies are finding that if their workers are happier they are more productive.
Also, on the list were fitness centers, catered lunches, wearing jeans to work, and massages.
Michael Erwin says their survey showed over 60% of those asked say they were generally satisfied with their job. Also, one in four say they plan on looking for a new job this year.
