Vine was quickly loaded with porn

Many joke pornography is the reason we have the Internet. And sure enough, when a new video sharing app was released -- it was quickly loaded with porn.

Nathan Ingraham is covering the story for The Verge.

"A lot of people are calling it the Instagram of video. It's like Twitter in that it's very brief in the amount of content you can share."

Vine is the new Twitter video sharing app and it allows users to upload six second videos. It was soon overwhelmed with porn but Ingraham says it's probably safe for kids by now.

"It appears that Twitter and Vine are already taking this into account and making it a little bit harder for people to access that kind of content."

Ingraham says Apple does not allow porn filled apps in its iTunes store so Twitter had to move quickly to keep Apple happy.
