It could be some time before the remains of two Texas men killed in Algeria will be returned home.
Terrorism expert Jeff Addicott says that since the deaths occured in Algeria, they are in charge of the investigation and it is up to them to turn the remains over to the U.S. State Department.
Frederick Buttaccio and Victor Lovelady were killed during a rescue attempt by the Algerian military after they were taken hostage along with 30 other workers at a BP oil facility by an Al-Qaeda linked group.
Addicott says this incident is a warning to companies who have contract workers over seas.
