Proceeds benefit soldiers' families.

Sometimes it pays to just pick up the phone.  David Coker at the Fisher House Foundation says his group is once again humbled to have President George W. Bush auction off a vehicle for its benefit.

A Ford F-150 used by Bush on his Crawford, Texas ranch goes up for sale this weekend at Arizona's Barrett-Jackson Auction Company.  All proceeds go to the Fisher House, which assists families of soldiers receiving hospital treatment.

"It has always about the blessing," Coker told KTRH News.  "People have always surpassed my expectations, and this is about giving them the opportunity to do it again."

"The first time we were affiliated with Barrett-Jackson, TNN auctioned off a Humvee from the war which brought in $1.25 million," he says.  "Last year, a tractor from Jay Leno's garage with Bush's signature brought in $535,000."

A video of Bush signing the truck and driving it on the ranch is also part of the package.
