George H.W. Bush has been in the hospital since November
A spokesperson for former President George H.W. Bush said he may be out of the hospital soon.
On Saturday, the spokesperson said they are hopeful Bush will be discharged this coming week, but they're still taking everything one day at a time.
Bush, 88, entered Methodist Hospital in Houston in November for treatment of what was described as a "stubborn" cough. He had spent about a week there earlier in November for treatment of the same condition.
