Texans “win ugly” against the Bengals
The Houston Texans advance to the next round in the AFC Playoffs following their 19-13 win over the Cincinnati Bengals at Reliant Stadium.
The Texans defense held Katy-native Andy Dalton and the Bengals offense to two field goals. Cincinnati’s only touchdown came from Leon Hall, who ran an interception into the end zone.
Texans running back Arian Foster continues to flourish in the post-season - rushing for 140-yards in the win – his third consecutive 100-yard performance in the playoffs.
The Texans will travel to Foxboro, Massachusetts next weekend for a Sunday re-match with the New England Patriots, who soundly beat the Texans during the regular season.
