Man charged after police found several women’s photos in his cell phone
21 year old Felix Flores was arrested Thursday night at the McCormick & Schmick's in Town & Country Village after taking photos of women in the restroom.
An 18-year-old female employee reported Flores with a cell phone in the stall next to her. The restaurant manager caught Flores still in the stall and called police.
Houston police confiscated Flores' cell phone said it had several pictures of the female employees in the restroom stored on it. He has been charged with improper photography.
