Police make arrest after high speed chase
Four men are facing charges for allegedly stealing $20,000 worth of jewelry in Cleveland on Monday.
According to police the burglars broke into Cleveland Jewelry on East Houston Avenue and stole about 100 watches.
They tried to flee the scene, but officers chased them down and arrested them.
