Face two years in jail and resitution

Four Spring teens are playing the waiting game as they face decisions from the city and their school on what punishments await them for a vandalism spree.

Two of the teens went before a judge today and were ordered into their parents custody. The four teens were charged by police on Friday with felony criminal mischief.  Prosecutors said the group did over $25,000 in damage.  Police say the teens could face up to two years in jail and full resitution.

The judge ordered that if either Joshua Pereson and Sarah Villareal miss school, go out at night, contact each other or test positive for drugs or alcohol, they will be put back in jail.  Alexandra Foster and Taylor Thorton have yet to be arraigned.
