Building evacuated, threat a false alarm
Authorities say a bomb threat was made at the River Oaks Theatre on 2009 West Gray near Shepherd in Houston Saturday evening.
About 7:30 pm the historic theatre was immediately shut down and people inside were instructed to evacuate across the street. An hour after the threat authorities determined there was no bomb and the theatre re-opened.
