Magnolia city administrator charged with posessing child porn
Former Magnolia city administrator, 55 year old Ryan Kelley, has been charged with four counts of possession of child pornography.

Detectives said they found the explicit images of young boys and girls after a woman found his laptop in the parking lot of the Magnolia Historical Society and gave it to authorities.
Kelley worked for the city of Magnolia from January 2008 to July 2010. He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail with bond set at $400,000.
