Employee shot his boss in the neck
Houston police have arrested the man they say is responsible for a workplace shooting this morning.
HPD arrested 49-year-old Keith Grimmett for the shooting at the Mac Haik dealership on the Katy Freeway this morning. Grimmett is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Witnesses say the used car salesman shot his boss in the neck this morning around 9:30 AM. Police say a disagreement between a manager and a salesman turned into a scuffle then the shooting which happened inside one of the front offices.
The man shot was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital and is expected to survive.
