Off Duty officer accused in domestic incident
A Houston police officer is charged with aggravated assault against a family member, following his Saturday arrest at the home of his estranged wife.
Officials in the Precinct Four Constable’s office say 33-year old Cedric Douglas Lincoln entered the woman’s home around 3am, pointing a gun at his ex and her male friend while they were in bed. The couple separated in May, and Lincoln was reportedly upset that the woman had started dating other men.
He was relieved of duty pending the outcome of an investigation.
