Texas Realtor Jeanie Douthitt says it's such a good time to buy; many homebuyers who'd been sitting on the fence are jumping off now.

Douthitt says many of her clients are single women who've been holding off on buying because it's usually hard to get a good value with one salary. But Douthitt says that's changed.
Nationally, the National Association of Realtors says rent is rising and that makes a home or condo purchase a lot more attractive.
