Dereon Kelly is linked to a bomb-scare evacuation at TSU
The man accused of sending a bomb threat to officials at Texas A&M is now suspected of causing a similar evacuation at Texas State University.
Investigators say 19-year old Dereon Kelly used his girlfriend's email account to send the threat to TSU employees on October 18. Brittany Henderson also faces charges in the incident, but they are epxected to be dropped after authorities found text messages from Kelly to Henderson, where he admitted to using her email.
Kelly's attorney has not yet commented on the new allegations.
