“Fall Back” as Daylight Saving Time comes to an end

If you’re sitting in the church parking lot this morning wondering where everyone is, you probably forgot to turn your clock back an hour before going to bed last night.

 

Daylight Saving Time ended at 2am today.  We’ll ‘spring forward’ again on March 10.

 

The sun came up at little earlier today, and it will get dark early tonight.  Sleep experts say it can take a week to ten days for our bodies to adjust to the change.

 

It’s just another day for folks in parts of Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa; they don’t recognize Daylight Saving Time.
