Hurricane Gordon picks up strength, Isaac begins to form

According to the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Helene has weakened into a broad area of low pressure. The storm will not pose a threat to the Gulf Coast and will produce up to 10 inches of rain in Mexico

Hurricane Gordon is picking up strength in the Atlantic as it continues on an eastward track.  Gordon is projected to reach the southern Azores by Monday.  Although it's too soon to track its intensity, a low pressure is in the Atlantic quickly moving west and may soon form Isaac.
