Houston Astros have fired manager Brad Mills and two members of his coaching staff
Less than two hours after the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Houston Astros 12 to 4 Saturday night, the Astros Club sent out a release stating General Manager Jeff Luhnow has relieved Brad Mills of his managerial duties.
Hitting Coach Mike Barnett and First Base Coach Bobby Meacham have also been relieved of their duties.
The Astros will host a 10 a.m. press conference tomorrow morning at Minute Maid Park, where Luhnow will introduce the Interim Manager and staff. The Astros said they will have no further comment until tomorrow.
