Doctors say the Memorial woman who was shot while helping her daughter move back to Texas A&M has been upgraded to stable condition.  51-year old Barbara Holdsworth was shot twice, and is still in intensive care.

Investigators in College Station say the shooter, 35-year old Thomas Caffall, fired 61 shots during his exchange with police.  Deputy Constable Brian Bachmann was killed while trying to serve an eviction notice.  Another bystander, Christopher Northcliffe, was also killed before officers fatally shot Caffall.

A memorial service for Constable Bachmann is scheduled for this afternoon at Reed Arena.  More than 12,000 mourners are expected to attend.
