Man Doesn't Wants Blacks To Touch His Food

An east Texas racist -- apparently hoping for money -- has filed a federal lawsuit, claiming his religious rights were violated when a black man touched his groceries.

Keith Langston owns the Two Rivers grocery store in Big Sandy.

"He had came in the first night and I wasn't here and what he said was he didn't want a ‘negroid’ touching his groceries."

So Langston called police in March and got a criminal trespass order against the man. Tyler Attorney Reed Martin has taken on the case free of charge.

"We don't think that there's anything in the law that would subject Mr. Langston or his grocery business to any type of legal action whatsoever."

The man, who apparently acquired his legal skills in prison, wrote out his confused lawsuit by hand.
