Suspect Arrested And The Victim ID'd As Sugar Land Resident.
The victim in a deadly horse-drawn carriage accident over the weekend is being identified as as Sugar Land man.
Fifty-seven-year-old Bobby McKelvey died at the scene after the carriage he was riding in was struck by a vehicle driven by a suspected drunk driver. The crash occurred late Saturday night at 21st Steet and Avenue L in Galveston. McKelvey's wife is hospitalized in stable condition, and two other people are also listed as stable.
Police arrested 21-year-old Mike Grayson on DUI manslaughter charges.
