Houston Home Prices Hit Record High.
Home prices in Houston are at an all-time high.
The Houston Association of Realtors' monthly report shows that the median price of a home hit 171-thousand dollars last month, up nearly seven percent from June of last year.
Agents sold just over 64-hundred single family homes last month. That's up more than 14 percent from June of 2011 and the highest number of sales in nearly five years.
