The Body of a Missing Boater has Been Found And Two Face Charges.
Authorities are confirming that they've recovered the body of a missing boater in Cedar Bayou.
The man vanished after a hit-and-run accident Saturday afternoon. Two men were tossed from their small boat when a 17-foot-long vessell crashed into it. One man was rescued and suffered only minor injuries.
Two brothers, Jason Clyde Delavergne and Joseph Charles Delavergne, face charges of failure to stop and render aid in connection with the crash. Those charges are expected to be upgraded.
